The great thing about Spreadex is that offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences, of course, between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets.

Make the right call and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:

Andrew heads to the jumps meeting at Southwell for his two recommended bets/trades at on Tuesday, December 3rd…

SOUTHWELL 12.15 651xo

JARAMILLO, 11-1 at the time of writing in the Spreadex fixed odds market, looks worth a punt in this 2m4f handicap chase despite racing over fences for the first time. The Warren Greatrex-trained six-year-old will appreciate the prevailing good ground and might be in receipt of an easy lead. Since the beginning of 2020, his trainer has done well with chase debutants who were pitched straight into handicap company, scoring with nine of the 42 qualifiers for a profit of £6.58 to a £1 level stake at SP. Those running in today’s Class 5 grade were seven from 21 in the same period for a profit of £15.58. Eight of the 13 beaten horses finished second or third and he rates a buy at 8 in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market.

Recommendation: Back JARAMILLO in Southwell 12.15

SOUTHWELL 12.45 5na5z

NEIGH BOTHA finished a respectable third over course and distance behind track expert Duke Of Luckley (winner again since) on his most recent chase start and he returned here to justify 2-1 favouritism in handicap hurdle company on November 26th. Oliver Greenall and Josh Guerriero have a solid record when switching a runner from hurdles to fences, scoring with 27 of the 118 qualifiers sine racing resumed after lockdown in June 2020 (+£31.55 to a £1 level stake at SP), including four from eight with last time out winners (+£5.13). The seven-year-old’s full record at Southwell (hurdles and chases combined) reads 1331 (2-4) and he’s likely to prove hard to beat. Buy at 28 in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market or take a fixed odds price (11-8).

Recommendation: Back NEIGH BOTHA in Southwell 12.45
