Undisputed world heavyweight champion Claressa Shields’ next fight will see her defend her titles against IBF light-heavyweight champion Lani Daniels.

Thirty-year-old American Shields beat fellow American Danielle Perkins in February to become the first undisputed women’s world heavyweight champion.

A double-Olympic champion, her 16th professional victory saw her add the IBF, WBO and WBA heavyweight titles to the WBC belt.

She has already claimed undisputed titles in middleweight and light-middleweight, making her the first undisputed champion in three weight classes.

Following her win in February, Shields was suspended after testing positive for marijuana.

But the suspension was dissolved after evidence of procedural errors during her sample collection.
