Manchester City Biggest Beneficiary of UEFA Club Benefits With €5.2m in Income 4s52z

UEFA has announced the club compensations for European clubs as part of its club benefits programme. As per the data detailing the clubs and leagues with the biggest compensations, compiled by Sportscasting.com, Manchester City is the biggest beneficiary of the UEFA scheme with €5.17 million in rewards for the 2020-2024 cycle.

UEFA has recently announced rewards given to various European clubs as part of its club benefits programs. Under this program, the organisation rewards clubs (both professional and amateur) for releasing their players to participate in UEFA national team tournaments.
The European football body has announced that it has distributed a sum worth €233m to 901 clubs from all 55 European national football associations. The compensation is awarded to clubs for allowing their players to participate in Euro competitions from 2020 to 2024, including 2020/21 and 2022/23 Nations League, European Qualifiers and the EURO 2024.
As stated above, Manchester City received the largest sum, worth €5.17 million, among 901 clubs. La Liga giants Real Madrid were not far behind in the second spot with €4.79 million in reward. Inter Milan and Barcelona are next on the list with €4.66 million and €4.43 million in payments. French champions Paris Saint-Germain are marginally behind in the fifth spot with €4.42 million.
Bundesliga clubs Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig are next on the list, with payments worth €4.37 million and €3.91 million, respectively. Premier League duo Arsenal and Liverpool follow with €3.89 million and €3.54, respectively. Bayer Leverkusen completed the top ten after receiving €3.41 million in payments from UEFA.

When it comes to separate national football associations, English clubs received the largest sum from UEFA, worth €46.9million.
Italian clubs and German clubs were the next biggest beneficiaries as they received €35.3million and €30.3million, respectively. Spanish clubs received €22.9 million, and they were followed by French clubs, who received just €12 million from UEFA.
Outside the countries with the Big Five leagues, Turkish clubs were the biggest recipients, with rewards worth €7.6m.
